Today, we're excited to announce that Clicks is expanding beyond our roots in executive search and recruiting into Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) — our second vertical.

Why RCM?

Revenue Cycle Management is the financial backbone of every healthcare organization. From patient registration and insurance verification to claims submission and payment posting, the RCM process involves hundreds of repetitive, rules-based tasks that are still overwhelmingly manual.

Hospitals and health systems spend billions annually on BPO providers and shared service centers to handle this work. Despite this investment, error rates remain high, reimbursement timelines are slow, and staff burnout is a constant challenge.

This is exactly the kind of problem Clicks was built to solve.

What we learned in Recruiting

Over the past year, we've deployed AI agents for some of the world's leading executive search firms. Our agents work inside existing tools, follow existing processes, and deliver measurable results — reducing manual work by up to 80% on core workflows.
